The cops in MostWanted2005 were the best part of that game, and including police chases in any future need for speed is a must. Going back to empty streets like Underground would be a step back. TL;DR while I'd personally love a NFS Underground Remastered, the reason would be mostly nostalgia.
Overall Star Wars: Republic Commando Remaster is an impressive project. With this mod, the PC version of the game looks better than the official remaster released in 2021 for PS4 and Nintendo Switch..
